Waterside Resort
A resort within itself, Waterside has the convenience of a full sclae resort without the crowds. Featuring one of

Southwind Villas
Spinnaker Resorts' most secluded resort: Southwind Villas is like your home away from home. Enjoy the proximity to
the Atlantic Ocean just a short walk or bike ride away. Enjoy your spacious balcony for nature watching, daydreaming, or
planning your exciting evening; or you may opt to simply slip between the bubbles of your whirlpool tub.
The Cottages
Located in the serene surroundings of Shipyard Plantation, the Cottages are reminiscent of Key West bungalows, each
featuring quaint covered porches. Perfect for quiet moments and lazy days where the biggest concerm might be selecting
a dinner location. Located on a quiet cul de sac each with views of fish stocked lagoons backing onto manicured
golf courses.
Egret Point
Nestled between the Carolina Pines and Palmetto trees of Shipyard Plantation, you will find Egret Point. Also located
on its own cul de sac, overlooking a lagoon system, nature and wildlife abounds. Challegen yourself to a bike ride or
walk on over 8 miles of designated bike trails. This resort consists of contemporary styled homes awaiting your arrival.
Carolina Club
Caronlina Club backs onto the fairway of Galleon golf course in Shipyard Plantation. These townhomes come equipped with
hot tubs and balconies for relaxing after a day at the beach or a round of golf or tennis. Enjoy Carolina Club's large
pool, hot tub, family BBQ area, 4 Har Tru tennis courts and clubhouse.
Bluewater Resort and Marina - Opening April 2007
Bluewater Resort and Marina is located on the intercoastal waterway where spectacular sunsets can be observed from

Players Club Resort Hotel

Port Royal GC - Barony Course
|
Playing to just 6,038 yards from the regular tees, Barony is a very enjoyable course for all skill levels.
The back nine in particular is a fine mix of long and short holes. Like its sister courses at Port Royal,
Barony begins and ends at the club's beautiful Antebellum-style clubhouse.
